Battery Birthday Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period
   The I Want Energy Battery Birthday Giveaway runs from 22 August 2026 to 30 September 2026 inclusive.
2. Eligibility
   To be eligible, customers must purchase an eligible new battery system from I Want Energy during the Promotion Period.
3. Signed Proposal Required
   The customer’s eligible battery proposal must be signed and accepted by 11:59pm on 30 September 2026.The battery system does not need to be installed by 30 September 2026. Installation may take place after the Promotion Period, subject to I Want Energy’s normal scheduling and installation requirements.
4. Purchase Must Proceed
   Entry is only valid where the customer proceeds with the purchase and installation of the battery system outlined in their signed proposal. If the order is cancelled, withdrawn or does not proceed, the entry will become invalid and any associated prize entitlement will be forfeited.
5. Eligible Giveaways
   Eligible customers will be entered into the giveaway applicable to the battery system purchased:
   • FranklinWH: chance to receive an additional 16kWh of battery storage.
   • Sungrow: chance to receive an additional 10kWh of battery storage.
   • Sigenergy: chance to receive an additional 9kWh of battery storage.
6. Prize Installation
   The additional battery storage awarded to a winner will be supplied as part of the customer’s eligible battery installation. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or another product unless agreed to by I Want Energy.
7. Winner Selection
   Winner(s) will be selected from eligible customers who have signed an eligible proposal within the Promotion Period. Winners will be contacted directly by I Want Energy.
8. System Compatibility
   Any additional battery capacity awarded is subject to technical compatibility, manufacturer requirements, site conditions and applicable electrical or network requirements.
9. General
   I Want Energy reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify entries that do not meet these Terms & Conditions. The promotion is subject to product availability and applicable laws.
